About HCE Facilities

HCE Facilities provides reliable commercial cleaning and property maintenance across Essex and Suffolk. We work with offices, managing agents, landlords, developers and accommodation providers, delivering regular cleaning contracts, specialist cleans and practical property support.


Our services include office and workplace cleaning, communal-area cleaning, post-construction and builders cleans, end-of-tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning and short-term rental changeovers. Every service is planned around the site, required standard and operating hours to minimise disruption.


Our property maintenance service covers general repairs, minor maintenance, furniture assembly, basic fault finding and routine property checks. Where specialist or regulated work is required, we can coordinate with appropriately qualified trades.


We take a practical, hands-on approach. Clients receive clear communication, dependable attendance and regular quality checks on ongoing contracts.


Based in Colchester, we cover locations across Essex and Suffolk, including Tendring, Manningtree, Harwich, Ipswich and Woodbridge.
